About the Role
You will own growth end-to-end up to monetization. You'll build a scalable and predictable growth engine, own the growth-related product roadmap covering onboarding, activation, conversion, trust, and growth loops, and scale acquisition while ensuring growth is driven by product leverage rather than spend alone. You'll work to elevate Finary into the number one premium wealth brand in France, shape the international growth and marketing playbook, and build and lead a world-class growth team across product and marketing. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ops to turn growth strategy into shipped reality, reporting directly to the CEO.
Requirements
- Have held a Head of Growth, VP Growth, Head of Marketing with product ownership, or CMO role in a B2C startup
- Have owned product-led growth, not just acquisition
- Are a systems thinker who operates naturally in growth loops and funnels
- Are data-driven, with strong mastery of CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort analysis
- Combine strategic clarity with a hands-on execution mindset
- Know how to recruit, lead, and inspire top talent
- Bring an AI-first mindset to experimentation and productivity
