About the Role
You will build and own Areta's marketing function as the firm scales its digital assets investment banking platform. You will translate live transactions, strategic insights, and ecosystem activity into high-quality, consistent external communication, working closely with founders and senior bankers to shape market positioning, founder brand presence, and content strategy across channels. As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will set the foundations, processes, and cadence for how Areta presents itself to founders, investors, and the broader digital assets ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services, investment banking, consulting, fintech, or crypto infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience owning a content calendar and publishing rhythm across multiple channels
- Strong writing skills with the ability to turn technical or financial topics into clear, credible content
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a lean, high-expectation environment
- Experience working with founder-led or expert-driven brands and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with digital assets, fintech, or capital markets is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Own and execute Areta's marketing strategy across LinkedIn, X, website, and newsletters, ensuring a consistent, professional, and institutional presence
- Translate M&A mandates, capital raises, research, and conference activity into structured marketing output, including deal announcements, case studies, insight posts, and thought leadership
- Build and manage content calendars for the firm and its founders, including drafting and ghostwriting posts aligned with each founder's voice and current market themes
- Coordinate end-to-end content production, including briefing internal teams, structuring raw input, managing approvals, and scheduling publication
- Support external visibility initiatives, including podcasts, media outreach, PR opportunities, and event-related content before, during, and after conferences
- Maintain basic marketing analytics and reporting, tracking awareness, engagement, inbound leads, and newsletter growth, with clear monthly updates
- Ensure brand consistency across visuals, messaging, website pages, and core marketing materials, coordinating with external designers when needed
