About the Role
You will own the top of the funnel for Hopae's European expansion, turning cold accounts into qualified pipeline across FSI, Banks, Insurance, Gambling, Crypto, and beyond. You'll identify, research, and qualify high-potential accounts and contacts across your territory through both inbound and outbound efforts. You'll design and run creative, multi-channel prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to book qualified meetings. You'll maintain strong CRM discipline, track your activity consistently, and contribute to predictable quarterly growth. You'll align regularly with Account Executives to prioritize accounts, sharpen messaging, and accelerate deals, while continuously testing and optimizing the tools and workflows the Revenue and Marketing teams rely on. You'll also bring back prospect insights to sharpen positioning, messaging, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Proactive persistent hunter mentality energized by creating opportunities from nothing
- Disciplined prospector with strategic instinct to balance high-volume outreach with personalization
- Comfortable with modern sales tooling such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Humble and coachable, testing new approaches and learning fast
- Fluent in German with full working fluency in English
- Nice to have experience in IDV, FinTech, Cybersecurity, or complex B2B SaaS
- Bonus fluency in an additional European language
