About the Role
You will lead the design, optimization, and growth of core products, owning either process design and optimization or user growth and experience. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers while working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product features on time. You will translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and drive their delivery, monitor post-launch performance, and continuously iterate on product features. You will also support cross-regional teams in Shenzhen, Beijing, and Sydney, aligning product priorities across markets while considering regional differences and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with proven success in delivering consumer-facing (C-end) digital products, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services
- 5+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to lead and develop product teams
- Solid understanding of financial products, such as stock trading, forex, CFDs, or related services
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Experience managing products across multiple markets or regions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
- Mandarin proficiency (for collaboration with Shenzhen and Beijing teams)
- Experience in forex trading or cryptocurrency product development and management
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5, proprietary web/mobile trading apps, or crypto exchanges
- Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or growth product management
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product frameworks (JTBD, OKRs)
- MBA or relevant advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Responsibilities
- Own and lead Web and App product features, focusing on optimizing key flows such as user onboarding, account & asset management, and campaign engagement
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, including PRDs and user stories
- Drive reviews, prioritization, and delivery of product requirements
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality and on-time product delivery
- Monitor post-launch performance using data and user feedback
- Continuously iterate and optimize product features
- Support cross-regional teams and align product priorities across markets
- Maintain clear product documentation and communication processes
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
