About the Role
You'll own how Eunice goes to market on the digital assets side, from first conversation to signing contract. This is a growth sales role, but for a compliance product sold to regulated institutions, so credibility matters as much as hustle. You'll sell to compliance, legal, and risk leaders at exchanges, custodians, and trading firms, which is why you need to have lived in that world, not just sold into it. Your work will be roughly 50% owning and closing the pipeline, and 50% shaping the GTM motion, messaging, positioning, and the regulatory narrative that wins trust with buyers who are paid to be sceptical. You'll be the commercial engine for the digital assets business and have real influence over how the company expands, who it sells to, and how it tells its story in a market where credibility is everything.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication to explain complex regulation clearly to technical, legal, and business audiences
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration

- Act as a credible voice on the regulatory landscape in client conversations
- Partner with founders and product on positioning, pricing, and which segments and jurisdictions to prioritise next
- Feed front line insights back into the roadmap, including what's blocking deals and where the company wins and loses
