About the Role
You will act as the execution engine for AlphaSense's Channel and Customer Research offering, mapping expert universes, sourcing and vetting high-value channel partners and customers, and building long-term relationships with key channel sources. You'll coordinate and monitor interviews, and build sector expertise through consistent research to stay current on industry trends and news. Fluency in German (C1/C2) is required for this role. This position blends investigative research, stakeholder management, and rapid-fire project execution, making it ideal for early-career professionals eager to accelerate their learning curve inside a high-growth, data-driven organization.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Drive email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns to recruit best-fit experts
- Negotiate honoraria that balance insight value with cost discipline
- Conduct vetting calls to confirm role, recency, and perspective
- Ensure compliance with AlphaSense and client guidelines
- Develop and maintain target lists of distributors, resellers, customers, and other market participants
- Build and maintain interview guides targeted to each type of call, industry sector, and expert profile
- Schedule sessions at optimal times in the sell-side calendar
- Monitor calls, troubleshoot tech issues, and capture real-time highlights
- Uphold rigorous data-privacy standards and maintain accurate records in internal CRM and workflow tools
- Share feedback on talk tracks, sourcing tactics, and emerging themes to refine playbooks and coverage roadmap
