About the Role
You will design and develop the blockchain components of the system and integrate them with blockchain networks. You will bring research and insights on blockchain developments in the market and mentor the team on blockchain projects and technologies to build a world-class finance system. You will ensure engineering best practices are followed so that software is dynamically scalable and resilient to threats. You will collaborate with architecture and engineering teams, contribute to design choices, and invent new features. You will spearhead the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, taking high ownership of product vision, technical architecture, and delivery.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant software engineering experience in blockchain
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in payments and financial markets
- Passionate about the DeFi / NFT space
- Experience with architecture best practices, object-oriented design and languages
- Experience engineering systems on hyperscale cloud platforms is a strong plus
- Experience in payments and financial systems
- Experience prioritizing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines
- Total 8+ years of experience, in which 3 years should be in blockchain technologies
- Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols
- Experience with Ethereum, TRON, Hyperledger
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in blockchain management and data protection
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and technologies and security measures against cyber-attacks
- DevOps experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and system monitoring
- Solid understanding of design and development methods and processes
- MS in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of security and networking for cloud is a plus
