About the Role
You'll partner closely with customers as well as Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure mutual, long-term success. You will deeply understand customers' strategic objectives and technical requirements, architect and demonstrate innovative solutions, and champion the voice of the customer to influence product direction. As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you'll inspire customers by helping them understand the art of what's possible with the Webflow platform and tell a differentiated story that shows how the solution meets business objectives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
- Exhibit an advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems
- Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions
Responsibilities
- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities across the growing Enterprise segment, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
- Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring the solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
- Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
- Influence product direction for short & long-term success in Enterprise by representing the customer voice
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing the mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone
- Travel up to 25%
