As a VIP Sales Manager, you will own growing revenue from high-volume traders end to end, sourcing them, closing them, and building the playbook that keeps them trading with us. You'll work directly with the Sales and Customer Support teams to service existing VIP users, identify growth opportunities, and support the Growth team with affiliate partnerships.
Source, pitch, and close high-volume traders, including prop traders, high net worth individuals (HNWIs), funds, and VIPs at centralized exchanges (CEXs) and perpetual DEXs.
Build, bring, and actively manage an existing network of large, active leveraged traders.
Build the VIP sales playbook, including SOPs for outreach, qualification, onboarding, tiering, and retention.
Nurture traders into VIPs through white glove onboarding and ongoing support.
Support affiliate acquisition and management by converting trader relationships into affiliate partnerships.
Share trader feedback and requirements with the Product and Liquidity teams, including requests related to trading pairs, spreads, fees, execution, and incentive structures.
Own your pipeline and KPIs, including new VIP trading volume, active VIP count, and retention.
Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM.
A sales or business development background supporting high-volume or institutional traders, such as CEX VIP/institutional coverage, brokerages, FX/CFD sales, or prop trading networks.
An existing network of trader relationships that you can activate from day one.
A deep understanding of leveraged trading, with the ability to discuss funding rates, spreads, execution, and market structure with professional traders.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build processes from scratch in a startup environment.
Based in APAC preferred, with experience collaborating effectively with a US-hours, American culture team.
Comfortable operating across both crypto-native and traditional finance environments.
An existing affiliate or KOL network within trading communities.
Additional languages relevant to APAC trading hubs, such as Mandarin, Korean, or Vietnamese.
Prior experience at a perpetuals DEX, brokerage, or derivatives-focused centralized exchange.
