As an IT System Administrator / Senior System Administrator , you'll be the backbone of CoinDCX's internal technology ecosystem, ensuring our employees have a secure, reliable, and seamless IT experience every day.
This role goes beyond resolving technical issues—you'll help build scalable IT operations, strengthen endpoint security, streamline identity and access management, and continuously improve how technology enables our teams. * Own end-to-end endpoint support by troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. * Deliver exceptional L1 IT support by resolving user issues efficiently while ensuring an outstanding employee experience. * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning devices, accounts, application access, and ensuring secure deprovisioning. * Administer Identity & Access Management (IAM), MDM platforms, and SaaS applications to maintain secure and compliant user access. * Drive incident, change, and asset management processes while maintaining accurate documentation, SOPs, and ticketing records. * Monitor system health, analyze recurring issues, and implement permanent solutions that improve IT reliability and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with internal teams and L2/L3 support to resolve complex technical issues while ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. * Support network infrastructure, wireless access points, antivirus solutions, and endpoint security initiatives to maintain a secure workplace.

* 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, System Administration, or FinTech IT Operations. * Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, and endpoint management. * Experience with Employee Onboarding & Offboarding processes. * Hands-on knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM). * Experience managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. * Familiarity with SaaS administration including Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and related collaboration tools. * Working knowledge of ticketing platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk. * Understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN, VLAN, IP addressing, OSI model, and wireless access points. * Knowledge of antivirus solutions, endpoint security, and IT compliance best practices. * Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, and IT Asset Management. * IT certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, or MCP will be an added advantage. * Willingness to travel or relocate based on business requirements.
* Employees experience fast, reliable, and high-quality IT support with improved resolution times. * Onboarding and offboarding processes are standardized, secure, and executed with zero operational gaps. * Endpoint compliance, device management, and identity access processes are consistently maintained. * Documentation, SOPs, and IT operational processes become more structured and scalable. * Repeat incidents are reduced through proactive problem management and permanent fixes. * Internal stakeholders trust the IT team as a reliable business partner.
