Our official partners include Juventus, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT, and VISA. — University degree in Economics, Finance, Wealth Management, Investment Banking or Business Administration.

— Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a regulated executive or senior managerial position (e.g., Managing Director, Head of Wealth Management, Chief Investment Officer) within an Austrian or EU-regulated investment firm, private bank, or asset management company.

— Proven track record of scaling a financial services business or fintech platform in Austria or within the European Union.

— Deep knowledge of MiFID II frameworks, capital markets, financial instruments, derivatives, options, futures and CFDs.

— Strong understanding of financial market microstructure, order execution policies, clearing, and settlement processes.

— Strong knowledge of order routing, execution, clearing, and settlement/reconciliation.

— Strong understanding of fintech & crypto, investments and trading platforms.

— Fundamental understanding of risk management and compliance.

— Ability to pass the FMA Fit & Proper interview with the Financial Market Authority FMA (Hearing), as well as possession of relevant knowledge, skills and certifications required to meet regulatory standards (failure to pass the hearing will result in the automatic termination of the employment relationship). — Manage the operations jointly with the 2nd Managing Director (Back-Office / Risk & Compliance), sharing joint and several liability under Austrian law.

— Participate in strategic decision-making, ensuring a healthy balance between commercial growth and risk appetite.

— Represent the company before major institutional clients, partners, and jointly with the 2nd Managing Director before the Financial Market Authority (FMA).

— Supervise the investment management process, market analysis, and product creation.

— Establish and lead operational incident response workflows for front-office systems, minimising trading downtime and client impact during technical outages.

— Lead the development and launch in the EU of MiFID II-regulated products, including crypto derivatives, futures and CFDs.

— Ensure all client-facing and investment activities align with MiFID II investor protection rules (suitability, appropriateness, and transparency).

— Drive the commercial strategy, business development, and scaling of the company’s MiFID-regulated services.

— Oversee marketing, sales, and customer relationship management teams to ensure high performance and client retention.

— Maintain Fit & Proper standards on an ongoing basis as required by FMA and ESMA guidelines. Immerse yourself in Crypto:

For this position, a minimum monthly salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Employees in Information and Consulting is foreseen. Overpayment in line with market standards, depending on your qualifications and professional experience, is intended.
