About the Role
You will design and implement Rust-based Solana smart contracts for the core yield platform, including fund management, shares, and on-chain routing. You will extend and maintain indexers, risk engines, and real-time fund analytics to ensure performance and reliability at scale. You will integrate backend logic with APIs and SDKs, validate product ideas quickly, iterate from user and partner feedback, and collaborate with fullstack engineers and product teams to deliver strong developer and user experiences.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Have deep experience building and shipping Rust-based smart contracts on Solana.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead medium-to-large-scope backend and protocol engineering projects.
- Understand DeFi primitives, including staking, lending, and AMMs.
- Have experience building crypto products.
- Have a proven record of delivering in fast-paced, iterative environments and finding product-market fit.
- Be comfortable working across engineering domains and considering the full product experience.
