Project Manager (Project Manager)

Job Description

We are seeking a project manager with an international perspective to lead the development and iteration of the cryptocurrency exchange platform. This position requires coordinating the business, product, technology, and compliance teams in a multilingual and multi-regional compliance environment to ensure the successful implementation of the project and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the exchange project (project initiation, planning, execution, launch, and continuous optimization)

Develop project plans and milestones, and drive the project to be delivered on time and with high quality

Coordinate product, development, testing, operation, and compliance teams to promote cross-team efficient collaboration

Participate in the localization of core business modules (transactions, accounts, wallets, risk control, etc.)

Push the project to meet regulatory requirements such as KYC / AML / data compliance

Manage project risks and changes, identify and solve key issues promptly

Organize cross-team meetings and external communication to ensure transparency and alignment of goals

Requirements

1. Language Skills (Key Requirements)

Have excellent English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills and be able to communicate across regions as the working language

Priority will be given to any of the following conditions:

IELTS ≥ 6.5 / TOEFL ≥ 90

Have overseas study or long-term overseas work experience

Have cross-border project or international team collaboration experience

2. Basic Background

Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in computer, finance, information systems, etc.

3+ years of project management experience, with experience in the internet or fintech industry

Have experience in delivering complex systems or platform-type projects

3. Product and Industry Knowledge (Key)

Have a basic understanding of exchange products, understand the core business logic, including but not limited to:

Spot trading / contract trading

Wallet system (Hot/Cold Wallet)

Account system (including sub-account)

Risk control and liquidation mechanism

Be able to communicate effectively with product managers to drive requirements implementation

4. Compliance Awareness (Key)

Have basic financial compliance awareness and understand the following content:

KYC (Customer Identification)

AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

Data privacy and data protection

Have experience in projects in Hong Kong, Europe, or other regulatory regions, etc.

5. Project and Collaboration Skills (Core Competencies)

Excellent cross-team communication and driving ability (business / product / technology / compliance)

Be able to coordinate and make decisions under multiple demands

Have good structured thinking and problem-solving skills

Be familiar with Agile / Scrum or traditional project management methods

Proficient in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Meegle, etc.

Nice to Have

PMP / PRINCE2 project management certifications

Experience in the exchange or Web3 industry

Familiar with AWS or cloud architecture

Have experience in building 0-1 platforms
