Internal Control Operation Officer

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the establishment and optimization of the internal control system:

Help design and implement a comprehensive internal control system to ensure the compliance and efficiency of the company's operations;

Organize and coordinate cross-departmental internal control projects to ensure the collaborative work of each department;

Supervise the business operations of each department to ensure they comply with internal control requirements.

2. Process Management:

Assist in designing and optimizing the company's various business processes to ensure that internal control measures are embedded in the business processes, improving the effectiveness of control;

Organize and coordinate cross-departmental process optimization projects to ensure the collaborative work of each department;

Regularly review and evaluate business processes to identify and solve problems in the processes.

3. Company Authority Management:

Be responsible for company authority management to ensure the completeness and rationality of the authority management procedures;

Be responsible for designing incompatible duty separation strategies based on the company's business and implementing them in the system control;

Be responsible for regularly reviewing the rationality of authority allocation to ensure the minimization of authority and prevent information leakage.

II. Position Requirements

1. Education Background:

Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in management or related fields.

2. Work Experience:

Have 3 years or more of work experience in internal control, risk management, etc.;

Those with experience in internal control management of large enterprises or multinational companies are preferred.

3. Professional Skills:

Be familiar with enterprise internal control standards and processes, such as COSO, SOX, etc.;

Have strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities;

Be eligible to hold relevant professional certificates (such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISM) are preferred.

4. Language Skills

English must be the working language (must be proficient).

5. Other Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability, capable of working in cross-departmental and cross-regional teams;

Have strong logical thinking ability and meticulous work attitude.
