About the Role
You will identify operational bottlenecks with business counterparts and build tools that resolve them. You will prototype with LLMs and automation platforms, develop production AI systems, measure their impact, and train nontechnical users.
Requirements
- Portfolio of shipped tools or AI projects
- Experience coordinating multiple coding agents
- Production experience with evaluations error handling and observability
- Process-driven approach to documentation and standard operating procedures
- Ability to translate technical work into business outcomes
- 2+ years of experience shipping tools used by others
- Short video introduction demonstrating a built AI project
- Experience with vector databases
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Basic Docker and containerization knowledge
- Exposure to blockchain or trading concepts
Responsibilities
- Identify and scope operational bottlenecks
- Build and maintain production AI systems
- Develop RAG pipelines conversational interfaces workflow automation and internal agents
- Use suitable automation platforms or custom Python
- Run workshops and training sessions
