About the Role

You will own the performance-based partnerships channel in Brazil. You will find and evaluate potential partners, negotiate compensation agreements, onboard partners, accelerate launches, manage relationships, monitor results, and focus investment on the channels generating the strongest performance. You will also coordinate with Legal and Finance on regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in business development sales or partnerships
• Experience at a high-growth startup fintech or within Brazilian financial services or the creator economy is preferred
• Strong strategic consultancy experience may be considered
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Strong motivation and goal orientation
• Agency and problem-solving ability
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent ownership

• Negotiate and close performance-based partnership agreements
• Onboard partners and drive rapid activation
• Manage partner relationships and payment processes
• Monitor partner and channel performance
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on regulatory compliance
