About the Role
You will build the first product from scratch for automating skilled-worker recruitment. You will develop candidate acquisition qualification matching and follow-up workflows, connect APIs databases messaging tools and third-party systems, and ship LLM and AI-agent functionality to users. You will work independently from zero to a working product, validate ideas quickly, and potentially become the venture’s Technical Co-Founder.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills
- Experience automating messy real-world workflows
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM or AI-agent functionality
- Experience connecting APIs databases messaging tools and third-party systems
- Product-minded approach
- High ownership and entrepreneurial ambition
- Familiarity with the DACH market
- German language skills strongly preferred
