Quantitative Trader – Crypto Market Making

We’re working with a leading digital-assets trading firm that is looking to hire a talented Quantitative Trader to join its growing market-making team.

This is a highly hands-on, PnL-focused role where you’ll take ownership of live crypto market-making strategies, optimize pricing, spreads, sizing, hedging and execution, and research and deploy new systematic strategies across global venues.

What we’re looking for:

• Quantitative Trader / Quant Researcher with crypto, HFT or market-making experience
• Strong quantitative and statistical skills
• Excellent Python skills
• Experience with market microstructure, pricing, execution and risk
• C++ / Rust, DeFi, on-chain execution or cross-exchange trading is a strong plus
• Strong interest in markets and a genuine trading mindset

Location: London / Dubai / New York | Hybrid

You’ll have direct exposure to live trading and PnL, with the opportunity to take strategies from research and backtesting through to production and execution.
