About the Role
You will manage rental properties owned by overseas investors in Japan. You will recruit tenants, coordinate leases and renewals, collect rent, arrange repairs, manage restoration and repair progress, work with property-management partners nationwide, visit sites when needed, and serve domestic corporate clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or rental management
- IT literacy and ability to use a range of tools
- Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage rental properties and tenant recruitment
- Coordinate repairs and respond to tenants during occupancy
- Manage restoration and repair work progress, including estimates, site checks, and contractor direction
- Communicate with property-management partners nationwide
- Travel to sites as needed
- Serve as the contact for domestic corporate clients
