About the Role
You will manage infrastructure projects and corporate-environment adaptations. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and performance indicators; validate technical designs and budgets; oversee suppliers; mitigate risks; and report project progress, costs, and results. You will ensure compliance with technical standards, legal requirements, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience managing infrastructure projects, retrofits, renovations, or corporate-unit expansions.
- Experience with physical-financial planning and schedule tracking.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and supplier contracting.
- Excel and project management tools.
- Communication and stakeholder relationship management.
