About the Role
You will acquire liability accounts and promote fee-income products for clients, with a focus on PRC/GBA. You will monitor facility utilization and overdue accounts, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues with other departments, gather market information, and comply with banking and securities regulations.

- HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, and 8 or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Acquire new liability accounts and promote CASA and fee-income products
- Monitor account performance, facility utilization, and overdue situations
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Gather banking-market information and help develop products
- Comply with regulatory requirements, policies, lending guidelines, and procedures
- Perform Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
- Comply with applicable HKMA, SFC, and registered-capacity requirements
