About the Role
You will own workplace strategy, standards, and long-term planning across multiple offices. You will lead real estate planning, lease negotiations, facilities priorities, office design, construction delivery, budgets, vendors, safety, and business continuity. You will develop workplace operations leaders and align senior stakeholders on investments, scope, and tradeoffs.
Requirements
- Experience leading a multi-office workplace portfolio through growth or significant change
- Hands-on background in facilities, building systems, construction, and vendor management
- Experience in commercial real estate transactions and financial planning
- Record of managing workplace projects across scope, budget, schedule, and operational readiness
- Design judgment across aesthetics, functionality, accessibility, maintenance, and cost
- Experience developing teams and managers
- Ability to communicate recommendations and secure decisions with senior leaders
Responsibilities
- Own portfolio strategy, capacity planning, site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and capital needs
- Evaluate building systems, infrastructure needs, and real estate investment decisions
- Set design standards for offices, renovations, and major investments
- Lead project delivery with Facilities, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and external specialists
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, approvals, and operational readiness
- Lead and develop the Facilities and Workplace Experience functions
- Own operating and capital budgets, vendor accountability, and service standards
- Ensure ownership of workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity
- Align executive stakeholders on space strategy, investments, resources, and tradeoffs
