About the Role
You will support capital-structure advisory engagements and business-development initiatives. You will build and review financial models, liquidity forecasts, valuation and recovery analyses, and transaction scenarios. You will analyse financial statements, business plans, debt structures, and liquidity needs; conduct research; prepare client materials; support due diligence; and manage transaction processes.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate college or university
- Have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028
- Demonstrate interest in investment banking, restructuring, credit, corporate finance or capital markets
- Demonstrate quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understand financial statements, accounting and valuation concepts
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate organisational skills and attention to detail
- Learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities
