About the Role
You will own project planning and execution from planning through delivery. You will manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, requirements, documentation, and JIRA reporting. You will coordinate business and technical stakeholders, facilitate status meetings, resolve delivery issues, and support scope, release, and change management.
Requirements
- PMP certification
- Project management and end-to-end delivery experience
- BRD and FRD documentation and requirements management experience
- Hands-on experience with JIRA dashboards and project tracking
- Experience managing milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Stakeholder management, communication, organization, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning through delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Gather requirements and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and supporting documentation
- Use JIRA dashboards and reporting to monitor project progress and health
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, priorities, resources, dependencies, and delivery commitments
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, bottlenecks, and potential delays
- Conduct project status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage milestones and outstanding tasks to ensure accountability
- Facilitate communication among business, development, QA, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Support change management, scope tracking, release planning, and delivery governance
