About the Role
You will lead the design of expert-facing workflows for AI agent setup, configuration, and orchestration. You will translate design vision into usable, technically feasible experiences, partner with product managers and engineers, lead UX strategy, prototype advanced interactions, and raise design quality through hands-on work.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience in complex domains, including two years in a lead capacity
- Experience using AI tools in the design workflow
- Experience designing configuration-heavy expert-facing tools
- Systems thinking for multi-layered flows, roles, states, and dynamic logic
- Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers
- Mastery of interaction and visual design
- User research, usability testing, and data-informed decision making
- Technical fluency
- Communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Translate the design vision into product-team execution for expert-facing workflows
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists on priorities, user needs, feasibility, and business impact
- Balance configuration depth with clarity and efficiency for expert users
- Lead UX strategy and apply research insights to product decisions and improvements
- Prototype advanced interaction models for workflows, logic building, and AI orchestration
- Contribute hands-on design work and raise design quality within the product team
