About the Role
You will lead site services and facilities operations across APAC. You will manage service providers, contracts, budgets, compliance, space, workplace services, and site projects. You will monitor performance, resolve escalations, partner on workplace strategies, and standardize processes to improve operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Typically 6–8 years of progressively responsible facilities management, site services, or corporate operations experience.
- Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and site-level operations.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, EHS standards, and local regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading site initiatives or projects.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
Responsibilities
- Lead site services and facilities management operations.
- Manage third-party service providers, contracts, service levels, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, corporate standards, EHS requirements, and internal policies.
- Implement regional and global workplace strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee space management, workplace services, and site projects.
- Manage operating budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Identify efficiencies and standardize processes across APAC sites.
- Serve as the primary contact for facilities issues and escalations.
- Monitor provider performance against KPIs and escalate gaps.
