About the Role
You will build and grow relationships with technical Web3 leaders, lead technical-commercial sales processes through signed engagements, develop tailored security solutions with engineers, translate technical challenges into strategic recommendations, represent the business at events, and contribute market intelligence and strategy.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Deep understanding of technical and financial mechanisms in DeFi and Web3
- Knowledge of the DeFi market and market forces
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to build relationships, manage deal processes, and win deals
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to engineers and executives
- Preference for candidates based in Zurich or willing to relocate
- Ability to manage an international travel schedule
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with technical founders and engineers across Web3
- Lead technical-commercial sales processes from first conversation through signed engagement
- Develop long-term client relationships and connect clients to the broader network and ecosystem
- Work with engineers and leadership to understand client needs and design tailored security solutions
- Translate technical challenges into strategic recommendations for clients
- Act as a trusted security advisor to Web3 teams
- Improve internal processes, positioning, and operations using market awareness, technical understanding, AI tools, and automation
- Represent the company at conferences and private events
- Translate engineering expertise and research into market-facing narratives and content
- Strengthen industry visibility, reputation, and positioning
- Track market trends and opportunities across Web3
- Contribute to long-term strategic thinking and commercial direction
