About the Role
You will own mentor selection from sourcing through offers. You will headhunt mentors, gather and assess evaluations, analyze past outcomes, propose fellow allocations, manage mentor relationships, engage with research directions, and contribute to talent-allocation strategy.

Responsibilities
- Own mentor sourcing, evaluation, allocation, and offers for each cohort
- Headhunt and contact prospective mentors
- Design and run information collection from the selection committee and advisors
- Evaluate returning mentors using past cohort data
- Propose fellow allocations across mentors and research agendas
- Manage mentor relationships and capacity reallocations
- Engage with AI safety research directions
- Represent the program at conferences
- Contribute to impact analysis and talent-allocation strategy
