About the Role
You will research new financial products, markets, and business opportunities. You will analyze competitors, regional fintech trends, financial models, and business cases to support product-launch decisions. You will help implement, monitor, and optimize initiatives, analyze data with tools such as Claude, BigQuery, and SQL, and prepare clear conclusions for decision-making.
Requirements
- Advanced student, recent college graduate, or professional with up to two years of experience
- Experience as an intern in consulting, banking, fintech, venture capital, or finance is considered
- Strong knowledge of the Latin American fintech ecosystem and business models
- Analytical ability and facility with numbers
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to analyze data using traditional or AI-assisted tools
- Advanced English
- Residence in Panama City or Buenos Aires
