About the Role
You will own a major function or category within a regulated secondary market for sustainable real-world assets. Depending on the role, you will build institutional pipelines, manage finance and operations, develop AI or full-stack systems, lead partnerships, ensure compliance, or shape community and brand.
Requirements
- Have built and shipped something under regulatory constraint
- Have operated across at least two jurisdictions or languages
- Treat AI as infrastructure
- Have closed institutional deals
- Have accountability for a revenue number or regulatory filing
Responsibilities
- Build and close institutional investment pipelines
- Own fundraise activities, CSSF reporting, and platform financial flows
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle through signed mandates
- Run vendor management, compliance workflows, KPI dashboards, and daily operations
- Build auditable AI systems for asset scoring, counterparty screening, and compliance documentation
- Develop partnerships with accelerators, councils, conservation organizations, and banking alliances
- Lead CSSF authorization, AIFMD and SFDR alignment, AML/KYC architecture, and legal oversight
- Build authentication, tokenization workflows, a secondary-market matching engine, and audit-ready infrastructure
- Lead investor communications, content strategy, conference presence, and media relationships
