About the Role
You will support partnership development through research, pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and preparation of decks and meeting materials. You will coordinate APAC initiatives and programme operations, including scheduling, events, and logistics. You will also support digital communications by preparing content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and website updates, using AI tools to refine content.
Requirements
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a recognized university
- Interest in partnerships, business development, and startup ecosystems
- Ability to work in a VUCA environment with changing priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow through
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity and work-level use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude
- Interest in emerging technologies and innovation, including Web3, Generative AI, stablecoins, and frontier technology
Responsibilities
- Support partnership development through research, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups
- Prepare partnership decks, briefs, and meeting materials
- Coordinate with corporate, startup, investor, and ecosystem partners
- Track partnership tasks, timelines, and outcomes
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of APAC initiatives and programmes
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, trackers, and follow-up actions
- Assist with scheduling, events, and logistics
- Support digital marketing and communications activities related to partnerships
- Prepare content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and website updates
- Use AI tools to draft, refine, and adapt content
