About the Role
You will manage day-to-day accounting transactions, reconciliations, payables and receivables, and financial documentation. You will review transactions, investigate discrepancies, support month-end closing and reporting, assist with audit and compliance requirements, guide routine accounting work, and improve accounting processes and controls.
Requirements

- Proficiency in Google Sheets and financial software
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administrative, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting, finance, or audit experience
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Perform bank, digital wallet, supplier, intercompany, and other account reconciliations
- Review transactions and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and classification
- Investigate discrepancies, unusual balances, and missing information
- Support month-end closing, management accounts, financial reporting, and cash flow preparation
- Manage assigned accounts payable and receivable activities
- Provide guidance and support on routine accounting tasks
- Maintain complete and audit-ready financial documentation
- Support audit, tax, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Work with internal teams to resolve accounting matters
- Suggest improvements to accounting processes, documentation, and controls
