About the Role
You will produce executive-level RFP, RFI, DDQ, and consultant-database responses across product lines. You will translate complex investment concepts into clear client messaging, develop written communications and marketing collateral, maintain content systems, and ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and on brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or finance preferred
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadline pressure
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Investment management, private markets, consulting, investment banking, or financial services experience preferred
- Private markets knowledge is a plus
- Salesforce or content management system experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Collaborate with colleagues across the US, Europe, and Asia
- Produce executive-level responses for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant databases
- Articulate investment capabilities, processes, performance, and thought leadership
- Partner with subject matter experts and senior leaders to create client-focused messaging
- Support internal communications, client-facing content, marketing collateral, and award submissions
- Develop expertise in private-markets strategies and the platform
- Ensure written deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and quality standards
- Maintain and enhance RFP and content-management-system content
- Respond to requests from prospects, consultants, clients, GPs, and internal stakeholders
