About the Role
You will own lifecycle engagement for the Digital Obesity and Lifestyle Support Programme. You will shape user journeys, build automated campaigns, use behavioural data to improve conversions, run experiments, and ensure communications meet medical, legal, compliance, and healthcare-partner requirements. You will also support launches in new markets and lifecycle initiatives for the core app.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, user engagement, or retention
- Experience with a mobile app or digital product
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, digital health, or another highly regulated or medically sensitive environment
- Hands-on experience with a customer engagement platform such as Braze, MoEngage, Iterable, Customer.io, or Intercom
- Experience with A/B testing and behavioural segmentation
Responsibilities
- Shape and run the DOLSP lifecycle strategy across activation, education, engagement, retention, reactivation, and referral into obesity care pathways
- Build and optimise automated push, email, and in-app journeys and campaigns
- Use behavioural segmentation and funnel data to grow Qualified Leads and improve conversion
- Run experiments on messaging, timing, targeting, and channels
- Work with health partners and Medical, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure communications are accurate and compliant
- Support DOLSP launches in new markets and adapt programmes to local audiences, healthcare pathways, and regulation
- Support the wider lifecycle roadmap across activation, engagement, retention, and feature adoption
