You will submit takedown requests, conduct further research when needed, prepare supporting documentation, collaborate with e-commerce platforms, and develop templates and best practices for IP protection.

Responsibilities
- Investigate and monitor potential online infringements of copyrights, trademarks, and patents
- Analyze evidence against client-defined parameters and recommend enforcement actions
- Initiate takedown requests for clear infringement cases
- Conduct further research to strengthen cases
- File complaints with e-commerce platforms and prepare supporting documentation
- Develop templates and best practices for IP protection
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager
