About the Role
You will identify and evaluate M&A, investment, fundraising, partnership, and strategic opportunities. You will lead diligence, build valuation models and investment materials, support deal structuring and negotiations, plan post-merger integrations, develop business cases, communicate strategy, track execution, improve corporate development processes, and build relationships across the blockchain industry.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance.
- Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraising process from start to close.
- Genuine fluency in crypto; crypto-native work experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership.
- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Support M&A and strategic investment activity from screening through execution.
- Lead market and operating diligence across engineering, product, legal, and finance.
- Build valuation models and write investment memos.
- Support deal structuring and negotiation.
- Plan and execute post-merger integrations.
- Maintain fundraising materials, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting.
- Develop strategic business cases and execution roadmaps.
- Advise leadership on competitors, market structure, and emerging business models.
- Communicate strategy and build relationships with blockchain founders and industry leaders.
