About the Role
You will build and run outreach, education, referral, and partner programs that help AI insiders access guidance and support. You will develop networks with journalists and referral sources, test and measure campaigns, manage delivery systems, and, at Head level, hire and lead the function and its budget.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage outreach, education, and referral channels
- Deliver educational material to frontier AI company employees
- Map, prioritize, and develop education and connection opportunities
- Build and maintain network intelligence systems
- Build relationships with journalists and develop offerings for them
- Explore alternative referral and intake channels
- Coordinate joint content, campaigns, and events with partners
- Set delivery goals, campaign strategy, and performance measures
- Test offerings, measure outcomes, and scale effective approaches
- Hire, manage, and grow the Education Delivery and Growth team for the Head position
