About the Role
You will own discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features. You will research crypto users, prioritize integrations using data, write specifications and acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, coordinate with key functions, and represent the business in crypto communities and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech
- Track record of shipping products with real adoption
- Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones
- Ability to break complex problems into shippable increments
- Ability to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Clear writing skills for specifications, decision documents, and asynchronous updates
- Crypto-native experience
- Hands-on DeFi experience, including vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics
- Knowledge of desktop and mobile wallet UX
- Experience using AI for drafting specifications, prototyping, and written communication
- Solid overlap with European and Latin American time zones
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features
- Talk directly with people who spend crypto daily to understand their wallet setups, workarounds, and frustrations
- Decide which chains, wallets, and protocols to integrate based on usage data
- Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- Manage the backlog and ship alongside engineering and design
- Coordinate across compliance, marketing, support, and operations
- Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences
