About the Role
You will own the design and execution of key people programs and systems. You will oversee engagement surveys, onboarding, compliance, and vendor renewals; improve HR systems, automation, and reporting; build people analytics dashboards; maintain compliance across geographies; and support acquired-employee integrations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR or People experience, including 8–10 years in People Operations
- Experience scaling organizations in high-growth environments
- Experience integrating acquired-company employees into HR systems and programs
- Experience supporting distributed international employee populations and varying compliance needs
- Advanced people-data analysis, modeling, interpretation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on Workday experience
- Experience using HR technology for reporting, analytics, and process improvement
- Experience implementing HR programs across the employee lifecycle
- Communication, influencing, problem-solving, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and rollout of people programs, including engagement surveys, onboarding, compliance, and systems and vendor renewals
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to align processes and programs with business priorities
- Lead HR systems improvements, automation, and reporting
- Monitor people metrics and build dashboards for executives and the Board
- Ensure policies, processes, and systems remain compliant across multiple geographies
- Support the integration of acquired employees across systems, benefits, onboarding, and compliance
