About the Role
You will lead global income-tax provision and compliance work, manage the tax close and audit workstreams, oversee outsourced filings, and support tax planning for entities and investments. You will maintain transfer-pricing documentation, build scalable SOX-ready controls, and partner with stakeholders on significant business activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or a related field
- 8+ years of corporate tax experience in public accounting or an in-house tax role
- Knowledge of ASC 740, US GAAP tax accounting, and financial-statement tax disclosures
- US federal corporate tax knowledge and experience overseeing multi-state and international compliance
- Knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions
- Experience coordinating audits, technical analyses, and cross-functional projects
- Analytical, review, and project-management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual global income-tax provision under ASC 740
- Own the tax close calendar and lead tax work with external auditors
- Prepare and review forecasts, effective-tax-rate analyses, cash-tax projections, and provision updates
- Direct federal, state, local, and international income-tax compliance
- Lead projects involving research credits, Section 382 limitations, state apportionment, and tax attributes
- Manage income-tax audits and notices
- Support tax work for foreign entities, data centers, and market launches
- Maintain transfer-pricing policies, intercompany agreements, analyses, and documentation
- Build scalable tax processes, review controls, and evidence for public-company reporting and SOX expectations
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Infrastructure, and Procurement on significant transactions
