About the Role
You will work with customers to resolve architecture, performance, recovery, and security challenges. You will represent customer needs to product and engineering stakeholders, build diagnostics and automation tools, shape deployment playbooks, and collaborate on scalable processes and dashboards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, C++, or JavaScript/Node.js
- Experience administering large-scale production environments
- Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networks, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn technical skills and adapt to emerging technologies
- Teamwork skills and judgment about when to collaborate
