About the Role
You will lead the technical customer journey from discovery and architecture through pilots, results, and business cases. You will design and deploy AI solutions, advise enterprise and government stakeholders, run evaluations, and translate customer feedback into actionable input for Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles involving building and advising on AI or data solutions through production
- Practical understanding of agentic AI and production LLM value
- Knowledge of machine-learning fundamentals, including training, evaluation, and retrieval
- Ability to design evaluation frameworks for customer pilots
- Ability to communicate with executive and technical audiences
- Comfort with Python and assistive coding tools
- Professional fluency in English for business and technical contexts
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions on customer calls
- Design enterprise architectures for North deployments
- Investigate customer questions about Cohere technology
- Prioritize use cases, define success metrics, and build AI-adoption business cases with customer executives
- Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots within customer technology stacks
- Develop and document scalable processes for solutions architecture and adjacent teams
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align offerings with customer needs
- Work with partners to enable and accelerate their customers
- Lead the design and deployment of customer pilots
- Own the customer technical narrative from discovery through pilot results
- Gather structured customer feedback for Product and Engineering
