About the Role
You will oversee chiplet development and integration for RISC-V CPU servers, machine-learning processors, memory, and I/O. You will develop program plans, track milestones and deliverables, lead reviews, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional semiconductor development through tape-out.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SoC chip design, technical program management, or engineering leadership
- Understanding of microarchitecture, design, verification, DFT, physical design, integration, and tape-out
- Familiarity with AMBA, NoC, RISC-V, PCIe/CXL, and Ethernet
- Ability to develop program plans, track milestones, lead reviews, and manage cross-functional projects
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
