About the Role
You will partner with leaders across APAC to align people strategy with business objectives and address complex people challenges. You will coach leaders, use analytics to inform decisions, lead talent and organisational initiatives, and support transformation, performance, engagement and employee lifecycle activities.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Experience supporting leaders across the APAC region
- Stakeholder management and senior-leader influencing, coaching and constructive-challenge skills
- Experience partnering with geographically distributed teams
- Experience leading talent, organisational change, performance and engagement initiatives
- People data and analytics skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Partner with APAC business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from managers to senior leaders
- Coach and advise leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance and engagement
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights and recommend actions
- Support talent management and succession planning initiatives
- Partner on organisational design and transformation projects
- Champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, performance and development
- Support business transformation and organisational change programmes
- Ensure a consistent employee experience while adapting solutions for regional needs
- Provide employee lifecycle guidance across APAC markets
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the People function
