About the Role
You will create technical execution roadmaps, manage hardware platform development and integration, and define schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. You will coordinate cross-functional deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, communicate trade-offs, improve manufacturing processes, and maintain technical knowledge of vehicle platforms and test operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Experience managing fast-paced initiatives with multiple stakeholders and complex schedules
- Experience in the automotive or trucking industry
- Experience managing hardware projects toward manufacturing at scale in a startup environment
- Expertise with Linear, JIRA, Smartsheet, or LucidChart
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate trade-offs between engineering and product requirements while maintaining safety standards
- Knowledge of autonomous vehicles
