About the Role
You will shape the UX and UI of CoinMarketCap products, with a primary focus on on-chain data products such as DexScan. You will research user needs, turn findings into design decisions, collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, create polished visuals, and contribute to the design system.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of on-chain data from technical and business perspectives
- Experience designing products using diverse on-chain data
- Strong UI and UX design skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art or Design, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional UX or product design experience
- Fluency in English
- Professional crypto experience
Responsibilities
- Design UX and UI for CoinMarketCap products and improve user experience
- Identify design optimization opportunities, improve design standards, and support their implementation
- Analyze user problems and data to make design decisions and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders
- Balance user needs with technical constraints and translate ideas into visuals
- Support projects from prototyping through production and UI-asset optimization
- Work with engineering to deliver high-quality products
- Contribute to the design system
