Coordination of the content production process, working with both clients and the internal team. The role includes coordination, communication, and delivery control.
Responsibilities Coordinate content production between clients, writers, SMMs, and designers Manage multiple parallel content requests and ensure deadlines are met Handle ongoing client communication across many active chats Maintain content calendars and track publication schedules Assign briefs and requests to appropriate team members Monitor draft status and follow up proactively with executors Deliver drafts to clients and manage revision cycles Flag delays, risks, or overload early Ensure content moves smoothly from request → draft → approval → publication Role Environment 20–40 parallel client conversations Short task cycles and daily deadlines High operational noise and frequent updates Multiple stakeholders per task Fast-paced delivery workflow You’re a good fit if You have at least 2 years of relevant experience (account management, client communications, marketing project manager) You have a good level of crypto/Web3 familiarity You’re comfortable managing many parallel chats and tasks You stay calm under constant task flow and deadline pressure You’re highly organized and detail-oriented You’re comfortable with repetitive coordination work You’re reliable with deadlines and commitments Your English is С1+ You’re NOT a good fit if You’re looking for a strategic or product role You want to redesign processes rather than run them You prefer long planning cycles over daily delivery flow You dislike high-volume communication environments You get drained by constant follow-ups and coordination You prefer deep work over operational multitasking You want ownership of content or growth strategy What we offer Fully remote 5/2 work with no weekend expectations Structured workflows and clear responsibilities Stable operational environment Quality-based bonuses tied to delivery discipline Predictable workload and processes
