Project Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and status reports Meeting Facilitation: Schedule project "stand-ups" or briefings, take detailed minutes, and track follow-up action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Resource Coordination: Help manage team calendars and ensure project assets (files, briefs, tools) are accessible to all stakeholders Risk & Issue Tracking: Maintain the project "RAID" log (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) under the guidance of a Senior PM Communication: Act as a bridge between departments to ensure clear information flow and deadline awareness Support the product team in capturing and documenting technical requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria Troubleshooting during product implementations, liaising with Tech and Ops teams Monitoring project timelines, dependencies, and risks, ensuring smooth delivery
Currently in your final year pursuing a degree that has developed your ability to analyse information, structure work, and communicate clearly (e.g. STEM, philosophy, economics, social sciences) Interest in Financial services, fintech, or crypto markets Naturally organised with a strong analytical mindset and a curiosity for how Financial services, Fintech, crypto markets and technology work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner A genuine desire to learn project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)
