What we're looking for User Research Execute user surveys including setup, distribution, and collection Coordinate sample user recruitment and reward distribution Conduct user interviews and organize insights from interviews and product walkthroughs OTC product walkthroughs – regional user research Campaign Operations Support campaign setup and launch, and track performance effectiveness (Holdstation OTC channel campaign) Assist with campaign creatives, multilingual content production, and in-app placements (Arbitrum x Bitget Wallet Proposal) Manage reward distribution, participant list verification, and exception tracking (Ripple collaboration campaign) Follow up on basic customer service issues arising from campaigns (USD1 campaign) Organize foundational campaign data (BNB wealth management interest boost campaign) Marketing & Promotion Prepare and execute daily promotional materials for wealth management products (SOL Staking promo, Hype Staking promo, ongoing wealth product promotions) Prepare and execute daily OTC promotional materials (ongoing OTC promotions) Support in-app cross-promotion of wealth management products (cross-product entry points and automated triggers) You will participate in product operations and marketing promotion for PayFi-related wealth management and OTC businesses, including: Conducting user research in real business scenarios to identify user needs and pain points, and assisting in optimizing products and marketing strategies Collaborating with internal and external partners to run marketing campaigns across different scenarios to drive user growth for wealth management and OTC Executing in-app and external promotions based on strong product understanding What You Will Gain Rapid understanding of the industry, products, and users, and learning to make strategic decisions using data and user feedback Exposure to frontline business scenarios including stablecoins, PayFi, and crypto wallets Opportunities to work with leading projects in the industry
