On-chain quant developer

About the Role We’re looking for a highly technical engineer to build and scale our on-chain trading infrastructure.

You’ll turn trading and research ideas into robust, automated systems and work closely with traders and researchers to deploy capital efficiently across CEX and DeFi.

Fluency in Chinese and English is required for daily collaboration.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain production trading bots for CEX–DEX arbitrage and DeFi execution.

Develop low-latency, reliable execution pipelines and routing across venues and chains.

Automate trading workflows, including monitoring, alerts, and strategy lifecycle management.

Develop yield, liquidity, and vault strategies across DeFi protocols and chains.

Optimize execution (gas, MEV, slippage) and implement risk controls, dashboards, and kill-switches.

What We’re Looking For Experience building production trading systems, execution infra, or automation frameworks.

Strong understanding of DeFi, AMMs, and major protocols (e.g., Uniswap, Curve, lending, derivatives).

Hands-on experience with Web3 RPC, CEX APIs, on-chain data, and transaction simulation.

Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; Solidity familiarity is a plus.

Comfortable with tools like Foundry/Hardhat, Ethers.js/Viem, The Graph or custom data pipelines.

Bonus: arbitrage or MEV bot experience, flash loans, prior trading firm or crypto infra background.
